and now it’s in jars.. ready for you to try. we were in the kitchen at el pinto to watch them make the scorpion salsa. it gets its fire from the trinidad scorpion peppers, which are the hottest in the world. the scorpion salsa will be available this weekend for sampling at the national fiery foods and barbeque show. the show is friday, saturday and sunday at sandia resort and casino.
