it’s time to see what cooking.first zucchini… now blueberries…sandra is helping us use up those summer . crop is whipping up an easy cake. cake.good morning… morning… i’ll review the making of the batter…then we make the filling – simply made with 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts – or your favorite nuts – and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.put 1/2 of the batter into the 11×13 baking dish…then sprinkle the nut mixture, then top with the remaining batter….bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees f.when done, let it cool, then cut into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar….yumm!this recipe and all of our recipes can be found on your erie .com and supersupperserie.comuntil next week…i’m sandra luthringer and this is what’s cooking! 3 3 3 3 3
