Today’s question is from E.J. in Bethesda, who writes: “For a party I’m hosting this week, I was whipping up a batch of meringues (my specialty) but for some reason they did not come out as well as they have previously. I was thinking that the humidity might have played a part with how they came out. Does weather affect baking? Could humidity be the culprit of my meringue mishap?” E.J. says she’ll send us a batch of her meringues if we answer her question.
