Uncle Sushi has re-opened after being shut down by health inspectors

(ss) a local sushi restaurant closed by the department of health is now back open –. earlier this week, “uncle sushi and grill” in cranston was ordered to close after the restaurant was deemed a “threat” to the public. an investigation was launched after a customer filed a complaint and eight people got sick after eating at the restaurant. but now, the owner said health inspectors allowed him to re- open yesterday for business. ["everything inside corrected . food safety - she come to here. she helped to open for me, she stayed with me. she changed everything - she do everything. you know...she just left. she worked from 4 o'clock to 7 o'clock."] (ss) health inspectors will provide proper traing for employees and will return for follow-up inspection at the restaurant today.
