along the arkansas river. it will be the first restaurant in tulsa’s river parks… where customers can dine over the water. 2news reporter casey roebuck joins us live with a sneak peek inside. casey? the investors have been talking about this project since 2008. now, the blue rose cafe is just weeks away from serving customers here along the river. sound of construction after months of construction, the building that will house the new blue rose cafe is complete. now, all the finishing touches are underway, on what will certainly becoming tulsa newest hot spot. “it’s just kind of lipstick and rouge time now. just touching up some paint we’ve hired all our staff.” tom dittus and his partners at swamphouse partners, llc are bringing the blue rose back to life, nearly a decade after dittus closed down the original brookside location. “it’s taken quite some time. it’s been a complicated pro
