(rocky dunnam:) ingredients: 2 cup orzo 2 ea garlic clove; sliced thin 1 bunch green onion; chopped cup parsley; chopped 1 tbsp mint; chopped 1 tbsp tarragon; chopped 1 ea lemon; zest and juice 1 tbsp olive oil cup parmesan; grated tt kosher salt/black pepper procedure: 1. cook orzo in rapidly boiling water until al dente (about 6 min.). 2. drain. reserve liquid 3. in saute pan, saute onion and garlic in olive oil until soft. 4. add orzo, parsley, mint, tarragon, and lemon juice. 5. season to taste. 6. toss in parmesan. 7. garnish with lemon zest.
