Watch the show to see how it’s made.nnCREAMY PUMPKIN BISQUEnn1 TB Unsalted Butternn1/2 TB Flournn 2 TB Brown Sugarnn1/2 tsp saltnn1/2 tsp powdered gingernn1/2 tsp powdered onionnn1/2 tsp ground thymenn1/4 tsp black peppernnpinch of nutmegnn 3 Cups Chicken Brothnn3/4 Cup Heavy Creamnn3 Cups cooked Pumpkinnn1/2 cup cooked choppped Smoked Baconnn Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat, add flour and stir with a wooden spoon until well combined to make a roux. Add Sugar, Salt and Spices, stir to incorporate. Add chicken broth and cream, bring to boil over high heat whisking constantly. Add pumpkin amd whisk until smooth. Add chopped cooked Bacon and stir into soup.nnFor a smoother soup puree with an immersion blender or blen in standard blender in small batches, and return to saucepan. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking. If soup is too thick, thin with more stock. If too thin, allow to simmer gently until reduced to your liking.nnThunder Bay Grille Website
