In honor of National Ice Cream Month this July, the Dairy Farmers of Oregon are again calling on Portland chefs to take on the ultimate summertime culinary challenge: Create an ice cream flavor that best captures the taste of summer in Oregon for the Dairy Farmers of Oregon 2011 Ice Cream Churn-a-ment. Chef Matt Christensen of Urban Farmer and Carissa Sauer from Oregon Dairy Farmers join Jake and Breanne to make homemade strawberry ice cream!
