Her cranbery apple casserole is a popular side dish on her Thanksgiving table. 3 c. diced apples (unpeeled) 2 c. fresh cranberries 1 1/2 c. sugar or splenda Topping: 1 stick of margarine (melted) 1 1/2 c. oatmeal (any type) 1/3 c. flour 1/2 c. brown sugar or brown sugar substitute 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional) 2 t. cinnamon Place apples and cranberries in large baking dish; sprinkle sweetner on fruit and let stand while preparing topping. Mix melted margarine, oats, brown sugar and flour. Spoon topping over fruit. To
