Here’s a good way to use some fresh vegetables.
===music===” a comforting dish…that’s good…and good for you. we’re talking roasted vegetables. ky3 chef nicole young shows us how to nake them. zesty roasted parmesan vegetables 1 cup cherry tomatoes 1 cup baby bella mushrooms 1 cup cauliflower florets 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper 1 teaspoon granulated garlic 1 teaspoon brown sugar toss the tomatoes mushrooms and cauliflower in the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and brown sugar. please mixture on cookie sheet and roast and a 400° oven for 16 to 20 minutes or until edges become dark brown. remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parmesan. recipe serves four. zesty roasted parmesan vegetables 1 cup cherry tomatoes 1 cup baby bella mushrooms 1 cup cauliflower florets 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper 1 teaspoon granulated garl
