>> chef mel must have known hive a cold all week. she’s nicing a nice soup. a modification of a chicken noodle soup. explain what? >> we bought some chicken sausage and these are actually a spicy thai peanut sausage. it’s got cilantro, a little bit of chilly flakes and make coconut. we don’t know. them them out of casing. try them up. >> it’s chicken sausage. that’s where the chicken needle soup comes in. >> you could use whatever flavor you luke. beef, whatever. >> what about turkey? >> you can certainly use that. we sauteed these in the bottom of the pan, to that we added chicken stock and brought it to the boil. once it was brought to the boil we added capellini which we broke into pieces which is creating the noodleyffect. there’s a whole bunch of flavor. there’s little bits of all sorts of stuff. you would think this must be complete. this looks fantastic. >> it ask look complete. >
