>> chef mel ruberg is with us from whole. >> i’m making blueberry buckwheat pancakes. $1.99 for cups of organic blue berries. whole wheat pastry flour. puts that gray color in. >> that is better for you than the white flour. >> basically it’s all whole wheat. in here two eggs. we’ve also put a little bit of baking powder in there already and a little bit of bicking saidal. buttermillock give the sour, delicious taste. regular milk. a bit of honey. a little bit of milk and butter in there. that’s the pancake base. if yo look in here that is about 15 minutes ago i just put some blueberries in with some syrup. >> okay. >> and basically bring it to a boil and give it like literally barely any time at all. it’s thick and we’ll thin it down. that is something else. eyeballing it to the right texture. >> another minute left. >> blueberries in. >> which one is this? >> it’s — bless. >> it’s not
