>> chef mark from sharkies o the pier in venice is in the kitchen this morning. you would think we’re making fish but we’re not. >> everybody knows we have pretty good seafood down there so today i’m making something different. we’re doing the charity livestrong bike ride this weekend and i’m making a bunch of these shark bars which soon energy bar recipe we’ve come up with. it’s got variation on a ris crispy bar. i’ve melted butter and marshmallows together here and i’ll add peanut butter. >> like the good stuff. this is it sticky, too. >> i bet. >> let it melt together. >> okay. we do these bars for several evens we do down in venice, the cycle via and other triathlons it’s one of most requested recipes i have. people say what is in the bars. >> so i’ve got rice crispies pretzels, dried cranberries raisins, sunflower seeds and peanuts going in here now. >> so between the peanuts and bu
