>> chef from michaels on east joins us with a new frum your healthy menu d. i say healthy? it’s wonderful that a restaurant is doing a healthy menu. >> we have dishes, six of them that we built leverage menu around. they really taste good. when you eat these you are thinking this is really good not so much health food. we concentrate on getting our flavors in there and getng our creativity up. we’re going to do a little something, one of those dishes. i’m using tuna this morning but you can do it with sea bass or sword fish. this is a coriander crust. that is the seed from which cilantro grows. >> if i took the seeds out the bottle and put them in the soil will i get sill lan troa? >> no those are already tried. we get this crust, sugar, be careful. not too high heat or it will burn. one quick flip, cut and go. swerve with yellow tomato ga gazpacho. the main flavor comes from a mixture.
