>> we’re back and we have chef stod yard from ellenton steakhouse in the kitchen. good morning. >> good morning, jennifer. we were just talking it’s new. >> six weeks of operation so far. >> how is it going so far? so. >> far so good. we’re keepi busy. >> it will go better with recipes like this. >> we have a sirloin strip steak here. we’ve done some chili rub on it. we’re going to sear it. right now i’m finishing up the salsa with fresh lime and peppers and all that good stuff. >> smell as mazing. >> what is neat about this salsa is we first roaftd the corn. it has a reallgood roasting flavor in it. >> isn’t that simple? >> very simple. >> butter salt salt and pepper on the grill. let it cook nice and sloasm you don’t need a high heat. that’s for sure. >> how long is that for? >> just for three or four minutes until you hear it like popcorn. >> really? >> yeah. roasting that good stuff.
