market, and we are making chowder. this would be great for a cold day, like john tells us we’re going to have. >> one day soon it may be chilly. >> yes. >> okay. we’re making a chowder. in here, onions, celery, red peppers, carrots, sweet potatoes, and we sauted those down. then, to this, we added a whole bunch of tumeric. we then cooked it for 20 minutes and ended up with this. so our sweet potatoes cooked through. our carrots cooked through. loveliness. into this, we ad a whole bunch of defrosted corn in there. >> so you defrost it first? >> you could throw it in frozen, it doesn’t really matter. stir that through. and then obviously the kale part of this deliciousness — >> do you want me to stir while you do the kale? >> you can. this is just finely, finely shredded kale. we’re loving kale these days. everyone’s all over the kale. there you go. >> and you chopped this? >> yeah. reall
