>> chef blake ellis is in the kitchen this morning. we’re make pork tender loin with home made apple sauce. >> it’s a great combination. we make our own. we start with the pork tenderloin. it’s trimmed. most of the fat is off. i season wit little bit of salt begun cracked pepper and smoked paprika. give it a smoky flavor. okay. and then a little bit olive oil in our pan. and we’ll get that going. i have one that is cooked off for us. we’ll get to it in a second. for the apple sauce, you know apples are in great season right now being october. so i have — you can use whichever your favorite apples are. i have cameo and braeburn here. >> what is the flavor you are using. >> a little bit of tartness and sweetness, too. >> a good mixture then. >> exactly. we put this together. i add a pair to it gives it sweetness as well. a little bit of apple sidear vinegar, a little bit of honey. >> i no
