>> enjoy it. >> today in living healthy we all want to make healthier choices in the kitchen. sometimes a stove can seem intimidating. to help us learn a simple nourishing meal we met up with weight loss patient jennifer. she filled us in on her journey and she has a healthy recipe to spice it up in the kitchen. >> after ten weeks on the weight loss program she is beaming. she invited me over to show off one of her favorite recipes. >> one of my favorites is a chicken avocado salsa dish. i take a chicken breast coat it on both sides with cue men, g douche douche cumoup — cumin, garlic powder. put a little olive oil in the pan stir is it for about five minutes whip it and put a cup of salsa in it. cover it. let it steam. let it go about 15 minutes. we have a few avocado. chicken is done on the dish put your avocado on top salsa on top delicious. >> as simple as that you have dinner for 1
