the mandala and hong kong. — at the magnolia and hong kong. we’re thinking new orleans, a cajun food. check this out. >> most people when they think of the term cajun food probably one dish comes to mind. kind of like the national dish. that has got to be jambalaya. that is what we’re going to make today. people from the louisiana have at jambalaya, the italians have rizzoto, and everybody has eight versions of their rice dish. >> we have the holy trinity. everything starts with onion, bell peppers, and garlic. if you go to different areas, they may call the holy trinity and and, bell peppers, at a salary. we generally put garlic in hours. ready to get started? what we’re going to do is start with a bit of olive oil. put that in. ok. and then we’re going at the bell peppers. >> these are also known as capsicums, just in case you’re unfamiliar with what we call it outside of north americ
