utah”. i’m in the kitchen with ken from ari restaurant at the snow bird resort. now, ken, what are we makeing? >> so today what we are going to make is — i have a — i like to do twists on home food or things that kind of get a childhood memory going. so we are going to do some smores cheesecake. >> couldn’t sound more delicious. >> with cheesecake, there’s a few key points we will talk about that are important. the first one is the crust. so what we have done here is we have taken just graham crackers, butter, and brown sugar and then we will put it in our mold. i like just having it on the bottom versus on the sides. that’s just me, but if you want to do it all the way up, you can do that. >> so if you are a crust lover. >> if you are a crust lover, you can go all the way. aisle not really a crust lover except on grilled cheeses. so what we will do is we will pat that down. we have 35
