in with on w the road. ro it does on the road ad with battleship cove and joining us is the folkslk from sagre’s restaurant.ra perfect, nicet,, first try. this is the owner, r, victor and chef lui s. ef s.and this really looks very, very good.go seafood dish. tell me about what you’re cooking? in >> we have seafood, youou can use different fish,er lobster, today we’re going to use fresh scallops,lo littlenecks, andit the larger shrimps. >> what do you put in this? >> we clean that off with portuguese olive oil, ugwe have some fresh garlic, green peppers, and fresh f onions, sautee it, and we just basically add the seafood, and the, sauteee it, giv e, it a flavor avo to it, and we have — when it’s sauteed, we ee have the seafood that’sha mixed in. you can actually get it off our basic menu. we make our own and at the end, we add the rice, the end product right here. h >> all right cool.
