american club recipe for a breakfast sandwich
coaler, wisconsin. we’re going to make a simple sandwich today. it could double up as a breakfast sandwich if you like as well. we’re going to do that with an egg for you. but it’s a yummy, any time of the day sandwich that you can make. and what we’re going put into the sandwich is some sausage, and we’ll do that diferently to what you’re probably used to. i’ve got lamb merguez sausage here, a great sausage, a little bit of spice. we’ll remove that from the casing, so take i can’t rember knife, peel back the layer of the casing and mix that into your bowl. make sure you get as much of that sausage out of the casing as you can. add a little bit of spice to it, which is exciting and makes things more interesting. you probably need about half the sausage per sandwich, figure that’s what you work w. first thing we do is sweat some onions. use a pan here, little bit of olive oil into the pan
