patrick. we have a lot on the menu. what’s going on. >> jen chapman fromm the dewolf tavern joining us on theoi show. roast salmon, cranberry chutney with brussel sprouts and corn bread hash. really? >> uh-huh. >> now it’s your turn to explain how this stuff is going to go into a delicious meal from the dewolf tavern. >> for the karn bread, we have michael phelps, flour, eggs, melted butter, baking powder, ow salt and honey. and then we also have corn bread hash, which consists of cornn bread, brussel sprouts, ginger, red onion, mustard sea, curry leaf a cnd red chili. we’re also going to go do a baked salmon today. >> so the salmon is separate from all of that. >> yep. >> ok. because i was wondering, how that little piece of fish is going to be able to handle all that. anything over 10 ingredients, jen, really scrambles my eggs, to use a culinary term. how will you prepare the salmon. >
