you do this 4th of t july, be safe and have fun and pat africa is having fun in the backyard with therd lobster pot. what’s happening?at >> a lot of folks will be cooking outgside. it would be nice if chef james from the lobster pot can come over to your houseov and put together a meal for you. good morning. what do you have for us this morning? >> today we’re going to take seafood skewer salad. we’re going to grill corn, red pepper and onion. the dressing, tomato, olive oil, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar and jumbo shrimp, jumbo sea scallops and swordfish. >> this is also like a shish kabob with seafood. >> exactly. >> is this a seasonal item on your menu at the lobster pot? >> it’s actually on our menu year-round but sells better in the summertime. >> can you use different kinds of seafood, like incorporate fish object what did you stay — >> this is swordfish. you can also use salmon
