>>> well i am calling this the great 1-2 culinary punch right here on providence east side. welcome to the english rail bound. >> it comes from the owner and consultant that opened this place back in march. it is crazy in french and italian. from here in france rhode island that’s where the name comes from. >> all i know is this place is crazy good. >> it is authentic italian bistro. wanted to have a family shared atmosphere here. we really want the neighborhood feeling. we want people to come off the streets and realize this is the place to be. come with your local neighbors. you get a lot of international students and a lot of professors. so it is a nice place to come after class and relax and have a good time. we came up with the menu we felt was a good price point for the east side and college students alike. we try not to price on fair. >> executive chef has two men us here and does
