>> welcome back. one of our favorite people back in the kitchen with us today. chef scott hargrove with portland comfort food. we have pimento cheese ande then bacon, base and i will tomato sandwiches. bothch sound to die for. and they are jenny hansson recipes. >> i love cheese, too. after last week i got two emails and two tweets that say what can i do that don’t require cooking in the summer. these are both of uncooked dishes, except for the bacon andrequ the sandwich. >> the first thing i want to show you is the southern pimento cheese sandwich. youh. want high-sided bowl. add 3-4 ounces of cream cheese. >> is that like half of the block. >> one of the full blocks, sure. >> you want that kind of soft. >> i want to eat some of that. >> tkhreurs, tillamook cheddar.ocks >> you can make it sharp, medium. that’s a cup t of monterey jack cheese. dump that in. and here we have about a quart
