interstate 70 heading out into the mountains where things look clear. marc: on the menu this morning…the perfect barbecue chicken.. > > chicken can be tricky because it has again on the outside and the inside is a different ball game. they would not let me like my grill in here so i have improvised. i put this on top of the pan and put the lid on top of the so that it will cut. if you put some water in their it will help prevent the pan from getting very greasy. you don’t have to do that but it helps. with the lid we can control the temperature. that’s one of the best ways to cooked barbecue. we will sprinkle in some seasoning. i have a brisket marinate that i will use. i cooked it in some onion and covered it with water to make sure its perfect. we brush it up good with the sauce. we sprinkle it with barbecue seasoning on both sides. we have different flavors that you can use. this wi
