christine brodersen is here, one of our viewers. she’s a great at-home cook. we love had she comes on the show. if you have any good recipes and want to come cook with me, please e-mail me. good to see you. you’re into paninis too, my family loves them. >> life the panini. i bought a panini press a couple years years ago andy use it all the time. you n do so many things with it. really this is just a sampling of some sandwiches you can make, but truthfully, use your imagination. you can do anything that you like, they’re so wonderful. i think it’s nice when you choose a panini press to make sure that you can vary the height, because you squish them too much, then the insides squish out, and then it’s just a mess and not as delicious as it should be because all the ingredients have fled the sandwich. so if you’re choosing a panini grill arf see today and you say, i would really like one,
