Outdoor Super Bowl Party
Watervliet resident Joe Gilchrist hosted an outdoor Super Bowl party at his father Frank’s house Sunday, part of a nearly three decade-long tradition started by his grandfather and other family members. Today, the annual parties draw between 40 and 50 people, and feature a host of grilled food items ranging from venison to elk to bison.
