Oregano Used To Treat Cancer?
The pizza herb potentially could be used to treat one kind of cancer
fighting cancer? a study released from long island university says the herb oregano — a key ingredient in most pizza sauces — may potentially be used to treat at least one kind of cancer. the researchers found carvacrol — a component in oregano causes cancer cell suicide –or apotosis. it’s too early to know how much we need to eat — but experts say oregano -and lycopene in tomato sauce — may work as a powerful combo against prostate –and maybe even breast cancer. jered weaver
