time is cooking upn the westmark kitchen. this week, he showing us how to make a delicious appetizer off his new menu. chef tim>> chef tim here at the westmark kitchen for fairban flavor, and today, we’re going to be doing one of my new items off the new menu, and it’s mortadella appetizers. and we’re going to start out with mortadella, now don’t be intimidated, mortadella is just a fancy bolognia, from bolognia, and it has as you can see big pieces of fat, and peppercorn, and pistachios in it. what i’ve done here, is i have some diced up, the recipe is on webcenter 11 dot com, it’s really simple, and it’s a little bit on the addictive side. and we’re just going to pulse this in your food processor, there we go, it’s really simple. i’ve already toasted some nice sliced baguettes, you could use bagels if you wanted to or some good rye bread, those little coctail ryes would be excellent wi
