need to be creative that is what melissa from the food network says. good morning, melissa. >> thank for having me. >> you have four girls within a tight span there so what is your biggest challenge? >> i know. my kids are 5, 4, 3, 3 and you can imagine i know a thing or two about picky eaters and i have a tip for parents out there that might have my situation. if you are trying to get a picky eater to try new flavors a couple of things one include the children in the cooking process because if they’ve helped cook it they may be more than lucky to eat it. and have an ingredient that they know and love in the new dish. so, for instance, i’ve created a chicken salad that has chicken in it. i’ve got pasta, cashews, tomatoes. he it also has crispex cereal so my kids love to help me make the sal quaid but when i put the plate on the table they actually see the crispex and say i know and love
