and go out and support them. christine: i’m here with chef mick rosacci from tony’s market. on the menu this morning…spring asparagus, earthy mushrooms, and creamy cheese make these chicken breasts extra special in this tasty one pan dish.. > > i’m going to start with a chicken breast and cut it nice and thin. i will flatten out a little bit. it takes a little bit of practice. i have some flower as well as some pepper and paprika. you can use whatever kind of paprika that you want. it adds a nice flavor to it. we will put this in the pan. we will also put some bacon in the pan. it just needs enough time to get around. it cooks pretty fast. i will add some wind to the pan. i will add some lemon juice and some butter. i would let that reduce a little bit. i’ve also made ducktail mushrooms. i will mix some parsley in there right at the end. i will put some of this on top of the chicken. a
