Peek through the dimness of Match Works Tavern into the heart of a Fat Tuesday celebration which saw Chef Tom Quick stirring gumbo on the stage to the rhythms of native son songster Alex Bevan. Green and purple beads, alligators and other Mardi Gras food flavors carried the day.
