[ cheering ] [applause] >>> got some fire summer campers. that is great. we love to see that. right now we have moved into the itch can en. i have been joined by the chef at the west at river walk. they have a brand new italian restaurant. a new menu item. >> we are startinwith a new menu, this week, actually thursday we’re rolling out our summer menu. nice and healthy things, lighter things. today we want to show you one the items, it’s a whitefish. this is a lemon crusted tilapia. and it’s very easy for the viewers to make at home as well. we will get started. the first thing that we do is make the crust for the tilapia. we start with bread crumbs very simple and we’re going to add lemon zest and this is the grind or the peel that i have put on the zester. and fresh thyme. thyme is g grown in our herb garden. we have a roof garden. we mix that together and crust the tilapia with it. a
