and i’s favorite desert. these are called moltden chocolate lava cakes. they’re amazing, easy to make, and an easy dessert if you’re trying to have a dinner party. i find that they’re proportional, people can eat them all, in one sitting, and they’re really yummy. i’m going to show you how we do it. first of all you’re going to take bittersweet baking chocolate. you’re going to put six squares of it into a bowl. so this stuf’s going to be sweetened in a little bit with the powdered sugars, but for now just plain old bitter chock, you don’t want milk chocolate or anything with sugar if it-in it. next, 10 tablespoons of butter, put that in a bowl. get all that out. then we pop this into the microwave and melt it down for about two minutes. now we’re going to take our chocolate and butter mixture out of the microwave, and we’re going to keep mixing everything else together. all right, so yo
