we kids are ually hungry when we get home from school. that’s why we always want a snack. real fruits and vegetables are very healthy snacks. but be careful about fruit snacks that have a lot of sugar. if you like sweets.. doctors say it’s okay to eat them sometimes. but it’s best to eat them at dessert time.. and try not to eat them everyday. and when you’re thirsty.. it’s best not to drink soda and other sugary drinks. 100 percent fruit or vegetable juice is a healthy choice. but again.. drink them in small portions. that’s tonight’s kids medical minute.
