June 19: Bacon Wrapped Chile Lime Shrimp

An awesome appetizer or companion to grilled steak or seafood.
maureen: on the menu this morning… some amazing fathers day surf and turf.. > > father’s love steak but we have some other things to go with it. this is some wild shrimp. i have my rub and lime zest. you can marinade it a few hours or a day or two. i am using fin bacon in this case. if you like your bacon crispy i would cut in half way in the microwave first. you do not have to cook it all lot for it to be perfectly safe to eat. rapid from the tail wrapped around and we want to create a kind of a c shape. i am using a flat skewer because they hold it better. i also have some crab legs. i also have some compound butter to put in this. these go right on the grill. i have one shrimp left. these take about 10 minutes to cook. i put this rub on the court as well. then i put it directly on the flames. i like to brown the first side. then i finished them up so that they are hot all the way th
