chicken saltimbocca
to make our chicken saltimbocca. we start with can a boneless, skinless chicken breast butterflied and pounded to a quarter inch thick. we’ve got that right here. we’ll take and salt and pepper it, and we’re going to stuf that with prosciutto. just very thinly sliced. and then we’ll ad some basil. a little bit of diced tomato. ant some shredded provolone cheese. and once we’ve got our ingredients, we’ll go ahead and roll that up. kind of fold it over. and then we’re going to bread it in a panko breadcrumbs. and once we’ve got it coated, we’ll go ahead and sear that of in some butter. once our butter is melted we’ll go ahead and put that in a pan and saute it for about 10 or 15 minutes until it’s golden brown and the chicken’s fully cooked. now our chicken’s done, so we’re going to go ahead and serve it. and we’ll cut that up for presentation. and we serve that with fresh sauteed vegetabl
