Cross town high school rivals are at it again in Allentown.nThis time the battle is not on the gridiron or the hardwood these students are battling it out in the school cafeteria. nThe Iron Chef competition put chefs from Allen and Dieruff against each other, but these students say they’ve learned lifelong lessons in the kitchen.nThe clock is ticking and the meal has to be perfect with each student looking for the right ingredient to compliment their meals.n”Right now I’m scared and nervous,” said Aleisha Rivers, a sophomore at Dieruff.nThis is Iron Chef, Allentown School District Edition.nThe students either go to Allen or Dieruff High schools and are participants in the Aspire program, a program meant to help at-risk teens.n”I come here once a week work with the kids for three hours,” said Sally Harkins, creator of the Teen Iron Chef program. “I find different healthy recipes for th
