a new restaurant in downtown appleton called bella vita. you guys o a lot of italian food, very fresh. >> yeah, we go for the rustic italian, we want everything fresh and vibant, rally down to the roots of italian cooking. >> i’m excited to try it, dotown appleton in the copper leaf hotel, great location. and what are we making now? >> the dish we’re making now is called a brodetto. every culture has their own variation on it. you have cioppino, the west coast, or jambalaya down south, you have paella. it is a fisherman’s dish so when they come back, what they had left over from sales, the family would put together and put scraps of fish, vegetables, whether it be pasta or rice, and put it in one giant pot and multiple families would eat off this dish. it really stretches what you have at the house. >> and it’s delicious! let me tell you, my first time that i ever had cho point i fell in
