>> chef kathy is here from garden of italy, good friend of the show. frequent visitor. it has been a while. you have been busy. >> good kind of busy. >> good kind of busy. >> part of that, change of seasons, right? >> we are getting ready to start our flavors of summer menu. its a fun menu. we play with different things. we are doing a little bit of seafood like i always do on the menu. and, we have some drinks. some fried italian cheese which this is a big popular dish. we did it, i probably did a year ago. what i did, five different cheeses. provolone, parmesan, gorgan sdoala, capone, cream cheese in it to cream it together. we mix that together, and then, i put it in some crushed wall walnuts. we put it in the deep fryer and serve it with a mango, horseradish, dipping sauce. >> wow. >> so it is kind of fun. >> well, how do you — how do you do it? >> how do you consume it? >> what you
