>> you want a bowl or something? we will get you a bowl. >> this is terri from viking land. introduce your supporting staff. >> we have connor canuston here. they are twins 8 years old. they are being our support and helping us out today as we cook some bu burgers lamb burgers and lamb brats. >> there’s a difference between first off the smell i am noticesing it isn’t that really strong lamb smell. there is a reason for that. what is the gi differences between the two? >> they are used to buying lamb out of the supermarket or going to the restaurant. a lot of lamb is imported. when it becomes 12 or 13 months of age that is a lot of times when you buoy it at the store. when it becomes mutton that’s when you get the stronger taste. they start looking you get the dog smell you are like… >> what the heck is that. >> lamb doesn’t own that at all. that’s more of a mutton type. >> no go ahead
