>> good to see you. >> nice to be here. >> and we have chocolate. >> and we have chocolate. >> good to see you. >> happy to be back. >> how did these two come together? >> young audiences arts are celebrating our anniversary of not for profit. chocolate fest has been our fundraiser since 1983. we took a few years off and we’re bringing i would back by popular demand. great popular demand for chocolate. >> i want an excuse to eat chocolate, a good, non-profit use. >> now you have one. >> what are we making today? >> we’re making truffles. i’m going to roll them, dip them in chocolate and put some yummy decorations on there. >> whatever you do would be awesome. >> we’re showing you the basics. this is ganache, chocolate and cream mixed together. >> god bless you. >> i’m rolling a couple. you scoop out some ganache, roll it. this is a coating. you can melt it in the microwave. this is delic
