people will ask you or know about becoming a vegetarian? >> well, what it means. what we are allowed to eat. >> i know that people get vegetarian with vegan and there are people with different ideas about dairy and fish. >> fish. what category, i mean, fish, as fars you are concerned. >> i don’t eat fish. everybody has their own rules. >> okay. >> what they think is okay. >> people that call themself vegetarian and eat chicken. >> exactly. red meat. so what made you decide to do this six years ago? overall healthier lifestyle? know where your food was coming from? >> i did it for animal welfare reasons. i don’t like the way they are treated. now that i know more about it, health is definitely on the list an environmenta reasons. it is all important to me now. >> all right. i imagine, if you are going to eat just vegetable, those have to be satisfying. >> yeah. >> you need to be full and
