>> did i do something? >> quick movement. >> did i miss a sudden movement? >> did i emit a sound i wasn’t supposed to? christ yerch johnson, registeredky tician. how are you is this. >> good to see you. >> you, too. >> we are getting a plate in shape? >> so march is national nutrition month. i don’t know if you remember last year, eat right with color. >> yes. right. we are focussing on the, my plate. lace of the food pyramid. we want to focus on that. getting our plate in shape really means just including the variety for some vegetables. whole grains. you know, lean row teens. healthy fats. just having a balance on your plate. >> okay. half your plate should be fruit and vegetables. lean proteins. you know, like a lean chicken breast, boneless, skinless. making half of your grains whole grains. so, you know, brown rice. whole grain bread. things like that. >> that language is important.
