patrick. what are you guysuy working on today. >> we’re working on sweet potato p crusted cod with the iron works tavern. chef kevin is here this morning.ni what goes in to thiso besides theid cod. what are you going to do to spice up this cod? >> what we’re going to do is make a bed of lentils, right here we have chicken stock, the lentils, the ballpark con that we’re going to braise in there, herbs and spices, and then we’re going to crust the cod, sweet potatoes i had roasted off,, apple pie spice and brown sugar, put a nice light crust on there, pan sear it to brown it and then i’ll make a fennel cream sauce, roast up fennel, sneome sambuca, or any other flavoredre liquor you might have around the house. crea hm, reduce it down, and then plate up a nice autumn dish for you. >> you’re going to be busy. what is this called again? inthey almost look like pumpkin seeds. >> lentils. they’
