Today on the Rhode Show we’re making delicious Crepes with Bob Burke from Pot au Feu.
looking at for generations to come. >> this morning in the kitchen we are cooking with bob, making something fabulous and delicious, crepes, i love crepes. >> they are a blast to make. what other food do you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch and snacks? >> nothing. >> you can have them as an entree filled with chicken, broccoli, mushroom, or serve them up as we will today, a dessert crepe. >> you can mix a lot of different ingredients. today we’ll start off with a simple recipe. we’ve got 3-2-1. we’ve got one cup of flour, two cups of milk and three eggs. we’re oh going to add a little splash of oil to it. we’re going to whisk it up, let it rest, and put the batter in. we’re going to have a little fire, and the holy trinity of french cooking. they are all natural ingredients. you are going to flip a crepe today. >> the pressure’s on. we’ll see if i can do it. you’re going to mix u
