for friday. >>> this is a brand new restaurant in town serving la style tacos, joing me is brennon, executive chef at imperial in fern dale. we are so glad you are here. what are you making? >> i’m preparing a pork belly taco. jalapeño onion relish and grilled pineapple. pork belly is working now. i’ll going to prepare the jalapeño onion relish. add vinegar, lime juice, sugar, salt, toss it every half an hour maybe two hours. >> tell us about imperial. how would you describe it first? >> a laid back joint. we do la style street tacos, hot dogs a mexican sandwich. we got cocktails, infusion and working man’s beer. >> i was there last week. it really delicious. the ambiance is relaxing. >> it is. trying to take a little bit of the laid back california vibe and bring it here. it’s been a great ride so far. >> Reporter: WONDERFUL. you are going to put it in a bowl. >> i’m going to add rice
