The 2012 Hudson Valley Garlic Festival arrives this weekend at Cantine Field in Saugerties. Food vendors like Tracy Krawitt of Spacey Tracy’s Pickles are getting preparations underway for the 24th annual event that routinely draws up to 40,000 people.
